We are seeking a highly analytical and research-oriented Quantitative Researcher with a PhD in a quantitative discipline. The successful candidate will contribute to research initiatives involving statistical modeling, machine learning, econometrics, optimization, and data-driven problem solving. This position is suitable for early-career to mid-level PhD holders who possess strong research foundations, excellent quantitative skills, and familiarity with academic publishing and peer-review processes. Key Responsibilities Conduct quantitative research using advanced statistical, mathematical, and computational methods. Develop and validate predictive, analytical, and optimization models. Analyze large and complex datasets to generate meaningful insights and recommendations. Review academic literature and incorporate state-of-the-art methodologies into research projects. Design experiments, perform hypothesis testing, and evaluate model performance. Prepare technical reports, research papers, and presentations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research findings into practical applications. Contribute to innovation initiatives and the development of new quantitative methodologies. Requirements 1\. PhD in Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Physics, Computer Science, Operations Research, Quantitative Finance, Data Science, or a related quantitative field. 2\. Strong academic record with thesis or research work demonstrating rigorous quantitative analysis. 3\. At least one publication, working paper, conference paper, or significant research contribution is preferred. 4\. Familiarity with the academic publication and peer-review process. 5\. Strong knowledge of: Probability and statistics Mathematical modeling Econometrics or statistical inference Machine learning and predictive analytics Optimization techniques 6\. Proficiency in Python, R, MATLAB, Julia, or similar quantitative programming languages. 7\. Experience working with large datasets and quantitative research tools. 8\. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Preferred Qualifications Publications in reputable peer-reviewed journals or leading academic conferences. Experience applying quantitative research in finance, economics, technology, AI, data science, or related domains. Exposure to cloud computing, high-performance computing, or large-scale data processing. Experience collaborating on research projects involving multiple stakeholders.
