Senior AI Visual Production ManagerJob Type About The Role We are seeking an experienced Senior AI Visual Production Manager who specializes exclusively in AI-powered visual content creation. This is not a traditional graphic design, photography, videography, or video editing role. We are looking for someone whose primary expertise is leveraging modern AI creative tools to produce world-class visual assets at speed and scale. You must have hands-on experience building complete visual campaigns using AI from concept through final delivery. If your experience is primarily in Adobe Creative Suite, photography, cinematography, or traditional production, this position is not the right fit. What You Will Do Produce high-quality AI-generated marketing graphics, illustrations, product visuals, social media creatives, and advertising assets. Create cinematic AI-generated videos for product marketing, social media, and digital campaigns. Generate AI animations, motion graphics, and promotional videos. Design AI-generated brand assets while maintaining visual consistency. Develop AI-powered creative workflows that significantly reduce production time. Build reusable prompt libraries and creative templates. Create AI-generated character concepts, environments, product renders, and storytelling visuals. Produce short-form and long-form marketing videos using AI tools. Generate AI voiceovers, lip-sync videos, multilingual content, and localization assets. Work closely with marketing and creative teams to transform campaign ideas into visual content. Continuously evaluate emerging AI creative tools and recommend improvements. Optimize AI prompts to achieve production-quality outputs with minimal manual editing. Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Required Experience Applicants must have professional experience using AI creative tools as their primary production workflow. Required Qualifications 5+ years of professional creative production experience. At least 2 years working extensively with AI creative tools. Strong portfolio demonstrating AI-generated graphics and AI-generated videos. Advanced prompt engineering skills. Strong visual storytelling abilities. Experience creating content for websites, digital marketing, paid advertising, and social media. Ability to maintain consistent visual identity across large campaigns. Experience managing multiple creative deliverables simultaneously. Excellent communication skills. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
