Dental Biller/Claims Processor/Virtual Assistant (VA) We are looking for an experienced Dental Biller/Claims Processor/ Virtual Assistant (VA) to join our remote team. Requirements At least 6 months of experience as a Dental Biller/Claims Processor/ Virtual Assistant (VA) Experience working directly with a US-based dental office , OR with a company that provides billing and claims support for US BASED dental offices . Experience with US BASED dental offices is required. Experience working for dental insurance companies does not qualify. Must be knowledgeable in: Dental claims submission Pre-authorization Insurance verification Obtaining full dental breakdowns Payment posting Experience using Open Dental PMS is required. Experience with dental clearinghouses such as Dental Exchange and VYNE is preferred/required. Must be able to work independently in a fully remote, work-from-home setup .
