Department Training Employee Type Probationary Explore this opportunity as a Training Associate and join our growing team at 1Aviation Groundhandling Services Corp. As a Training Associate , you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing training programs across ASD, Cargo, CNS, and Outstations. You will also manage the administrative requirements of the Training Department and ensure all training activities are compliant with regulatory and company standards. What You Will Do Ensure that 1Aviation’s Mission, Vision, and Values are achieved. Promote and ensure compliance with Quality, Safety, Security, and Customer Service standards. Plan, create, and implement training programs for ASD, Cargo, Ticketing, and Outstations. Coordinate and secure training venues, materials, and equipment for each session. Manage logistics such as meal requests, participant confirmations, and on-time deliveries. Conduct or proctor training sessions as needed. Monitor compliance with all mandatory and regulatory training requirements. Collaborate with operations and HR for training implementation, both initial and recurrent. Maintain and update training records, filing charts, personnel folders, and disposal schedules. Process documentation and clearance requirements for ground personnel. Prepare post-training documents such as Release Memos, permits, and licenses. Validate trainers’ allowances and handle departmental cash advances, pay ads, BTAs, and TERs. Manage requisition of supplies, manuals, CAPEX, and monitor the training budget. Ensure personnel complete mandatory client airline and regulatory training. Prepare and verify the department’s KPIs for reporting. An ideal candidate for this role should possess the following qualifications: Educational Background & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field At least 2 years of experience in airline or airport operations (preferred) With background in Aircraft Ground Handling Equipment Operations Preferred Skills & Attributes Strong organizational and administrative skills High sense of integrity and accountability Good problem-solving and analytical abilities Goal-oriented and results-driven Effective collaborator with strong communication skills Knowledgeable in Microsoft applications Ready to shape the future of aviation training?
