Our brand is seeking a performance-focused Amazon Listing Specialist to take full ownership of our product presentation and drive conversion-driven SEO strategies. In this role, you will analyze our current listing metrics, ruthlessly optimize keywords and copy, and ensure every element of our store aligns perfectly with what our customers are searching for. Your strategic eye will directly move the needle for our brand—improving our organic search visibility, maximizing our index potential, and converting passive browsers into loyal buyers across the Amazon marketplace. Key Responsibilities Audit Amazon listings to identify issues affecting conversion Optimize titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend attributes, generic keywords, images and product video Main and new keywords are indexed and aligned with search intent Ensure listing content addresses customer questions and Rufus queries Track keyword ranking and indexing Conduct customer review \& competitor analysis Understand product selling point, differentiation Maintain consistent brand voice across listing content Document and present actionable insights clearly To improve metrics, keyword ranking, conversion rate and accurate keyword indexing Requirements Experience working with Amazon Seller Central Strong understanding of Amazon ranking factors, keyword indexing, and listing conversion optimization Familiarity with conversion optimization frameworks Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail Proficient in Excel, Google Workspace, basic graphic editing, and productivity/AI tools Good command of written and spoken English with strong communication skills Strong time management and multitasking abilities Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team Proactive, self-motivated, and able to take ownership of tasks Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Must have a stable internet connection and reliable equipment Job Details: Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Friday) Tools: Monitask is used for screen and time tracking If you are interested, please accomplish the sample task below and please send your resume to careers.va@keababies.com.
