We provide technical facility management, maintenance and industrial services across Germany and Switzerland. We are currently looking for an experienced SEO & Google Ads Specialist who can support our online visibility and digital lead generation. Your Responsibilities SEO Conduct keyword research and optimize website content Improve on-page and technical SEO Monitor website structure, page speed, indexing and mobile performance Recommend content improvements to increase organic visibility Monitor rankings and organic traffic Work with Google Search Console and Google Analytics Google Ads Create, manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns Manage campaign budgets and bidding strategies Test ad copy and landing pages Monitor campaign performance Track cost per lead and ROI Prepare regular performance reports Your Profile Experience with both SEO and Google Ads Good knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Google Ads German and English language skills Independent and structured way of working Able to report results and progress regularly Experience in B2B, industrial services or facility management is an advantage What We Offer Remote-friendly work model Full-time or part-time options Independent and responsible role Opportunity to contribute directly to digital growth and lead generation International working environment How To Apply Please send us your CV to the following email address: e.ciornea@ibisch.ch and a short description of your experience with SEO and Google Ads .
