We are seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant to support our President with a blend of traditional administrative responsibilities and operational, analytical, and recruiting functions. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who is technically proficient, highly organized, and able to operate independently in a fast-paced environment. This position is based in the Philippines and requires working U.S. business hours. Essential Functions: Executive Support Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and prioritization of meetings and commitments across time zones Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics Prepare and organize materials for meetings, presentations, and reports Serve as a gatekeeper and liaison between executive leadership and internal/external stakeholders Operational \& Analytical Support Modify and maintain reports, dashboards, and trackers (primarily in Excel) Analyze data to support decision-making and identify operational improvements Assist with process optimization, documentation, and implementation of new workflows Support ad hoc projects across finance, operations, and strategic initiatives Recruiting \& People Operations Assist in sourcing candidates (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals) Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruiting pipelines Support onboarding processes and general HR/People Operations tasks General Administrative Draft, edit, and manage communications (emails, internal updates, documentation) Track key initiatives and follow-ups to ensure execution Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism Qualifications 3\+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Operations, or similar role Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, basic modeling; advanced skills preferred) Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically Strong interpersonal and communication skills Experience supporting recruiting or HR functions is a plus Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a dynamic environment High level of professionalism and discretion Must be based in the Philippines Must be willing and able to work U.S. business hours (Pacific Time preferred) Reliable internet connection and professional remote work setup CRI is a nationally recognized accounting and advisory firm known for its audit, tax, and business consulting expertise.
