About The Role The position focuses on designing, developing, and implementing learning solutions using instructional design principles and adult learning theory, while managing multiple projects and engaging stakeholders across the organization. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement learning solutions using instructional design principles and adult learning theory Create engaging eLearning modules, instructor-led training materials, job aids, and other learning assets Utilize authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia) and LMS platforms to deliver content Apply data-driven insights to continuously improve training effectiveness Partner with HR and business units to identify training needs and skill gaps Develop onboarding programs, compliance training, leadership development, and soft skills workshops Ensure training content aligns with company policies, values, and strategic objectives Monitor and evaluate training outcomes and provide recommendations for improvement Manage multiple instructional design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors as needed Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Instructional Design, Education, or related field 3+ years of experience in instructional design and development, HR training, or a related role Strong understanding of learning theories, adult learning principles, and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) Proven experience in instructional design and eLearning development Hands-on experience with AI tools such as HeyGen, Synthesia, Pictory, Canva AI, Articulate Rise with AI features Proficiency in authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate), LMS platforms, and multimedia editing software Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Supervisory experience and ability to train people with new technologies or tools Experience migrating modules from Articulate 360 to Synthesia Our client: Global leader in logistics, relocation, mobility, and information management services, helping businesses and individuals operate seamlessly across international markets.
