Social Media Graphic Designer (Remote — Philippines) Job Type: Full-time, Remote (Work from Home) Schedule Overlap with US Pacific Time required Experience Level: Mid-level (2+ years) About The Role We are a US-based e-commerce company in the premium consumer goods space, looking for a Social Media Graphic Designer to produce daily visual content across our brand channels. You will work directly with our marketing lead and alongside our content and web design team. This is a high-output design role. You will be creating a steady volume of social assets while keeping every piece consistent with an established brand system. What You'll Do Design social media graphics for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest — static posts, carousels, and story/reel covers Produce paid ad creative for Meta and Google, including multiple size variations and A/B test versions of the same concept Edit and retouch product photography for social and web use Build simple motion graphics and short-form video edits (basic animation, text overlays, transitions) Create supporting assets for email campaigns, landing pages, and product detail pages Maintain and extend brand guidelines — colors, typography, layout systems — across all output Keep files organized in a shared library with clear naming and version control Adapt existing assets quickly for new campaigns, promotions, and seasonal pushes Requirements 2+ years of graphic design experience with a social-media-first focus A portfolio is required — we will evaluate on portfolio first, resume second Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma Solid fundamentals: composition, typography, color, hierarchy, and white space Able to work within an existing brand system rather than redesigning it each time Comfortable with fast turnaround and multiple revision rounds Clear written English and proactive communication over Slack Reliable internet connection and a computer capable of handling design and video work Preferred (Not Required) Formal art or design education — art school, fine arts, industrial design, or visual communication background is a strong plus Experience designing for baby care, beauty, skincare, wellness, or other premium lifestyle brands Motion design skills (After Effects) or short-form video editing (Premiere, CapCut) Experience with Shopify or e-commerce visual merchandising Photography or product styling experience Familiarity with Meta Ads creative specs and best practices What We're Looking For Someone with genuine visual taste who can also work fast. Our category is premium and clean — the design has to feel considered, not templated. We want someone who brings their own eye to the work but can stay disciplined within the brand.
