• Designing and Developing Social Media Strategies: Creating and developing social media strategies, setting goals to enhance brand awareness, and increase engagement. • Managing Multiple Social Media Platforms: Overseeing all social media platforms of the company, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube. • Content Planning and Creation: Developing content plans, strategizing, and delivering them to the team for implementation. • Performance Analysis: Conducting performance analysis to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns, providing reports, and offering recommendations for improvements. • Scheduling Content: Managing content posting schedules, utilizing social media management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer. • Paid Advertising Campaigns: Creating, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms. • Market Research and Competitor Analysis: Conducting market and competitor research, identifying the latest trends in social media to ensure the company or brand stays at the forefront. • Creative Contribution: Contributing to the development of creative ideas for content and social media campaigns. • Budget Management: Managing the budget allocated for social media campaigns and ensuring expenditures remain within budgetary limits. • Reputation Management: Monitoring and maintaining the company or brand's reputation on social media by addressing negative reviews or comments. Qualifications • Ø Bachelor’s degree in communication, journalism or advertising or any business-related course • Ø MUST have at least three to five years of work experience in the same capacity from Gaming company. With social media experience and learn how to manage multimedia tools for content creation.
