Job Description

Job Overview We are looking for a HubSpot Developer who will be responsible for building, customizing, and maintaining HubSpot CRM solutions that support business growth, operational efficiency, and customer success initiatives. As a HubSpot Developer, your responsibilities will include developing custom CRM solutions, creating and managing integrations, designing automated workflows, maintaining data quality, and supporting business stakeholders with system enhancements and process improvements. You should be able to communicate and collaborate effectively with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure HubSpot solutions align with business requirements. Duties and Responsibilities Configure, customize, and maintain HubSpot CRM to support business operations. Design and implement custom objects, properties, pipelines, and data structures. Develop and maintain HubSpot workflows, automations, and business process solutions. Build and manage integrations between HubSpot and third-party platforms, applications, and databases. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Perform CRM administration, user management, permissions management, and system configuration. Maintain data quality, integrity, governance, and compliance across CRM systems. Develop processes for data cleansing, deduplication, enrichment, and migration. Monitor and troubleshoot workflow automation, integrations, and system performance issues. Create reports, dashboards, and analytics to support operational and strategic decision-making. Support sales, marketing, and customer success teams with CRM optimization initiatives. Document system architecture, configurations, workflows, and integration processes. Conduct testing, quality assurance, and deployment activities for new features and enhancements. Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement. Stay updated with HubSpot platform enhancements, CRM best practices, AI technologies, and industry trends. Contribute to departmental efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed. Qualifications and Skills Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience working with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms. Proven experience building and managing custom objects and CRM data structures. Experience designing and implementing CRM integrations using APIs and middleware platforms. Strong understanding of CRM architecture, workflows, automation, and business processes. Experience with CRM administration, user permissions, and system configuration. Strong knowledge of data maintenance, cleansing, deduplication, and governance practices. Experience troubleshooting integrations, workflows, and CRM-related technical issues. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively. Experience creating reports, dashboards, and business intelligence insights. Familiarity with database concepts, APIs, JSON, webhooks, and automation tools. Familiarity with REST APIs, GraphQL, webhooks, and custom integrations. Knowledge of SQL and data analysis techniques. Experience with RevOps (Revenue Operations) processes and CRM optimization strategies. Familiarity with customer lifecycle management and customer journey automation. Experience working with SaaS platforms and cloud-based business systems. Understanding of data privacy regulations including GDPR, Australian Privacy Principles (APPs), and other relevant compliance frameworks. Preferred Qualifications HubSpot Certifications (CRM Implementation, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Operations Hub, CMS Hub). Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder, or related certifications. Experience with HubSpot Operations Hub and advanced automation workflows. Experience with integration platforms such as Zapier, Make, Workato, or Tray.io. Experience with AI-powered CRM solutions and automation tools. Knowledge of lead scoring, attribution models, sales automation, and marketing automation best practices. Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or HubSpot Reporting. Proficient in the effective, responsible, and productive use of AI-powered tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Claude, HubSpot AI, Salesforce Einstein, or similar technologies) to support CRM administration, workflow automation, data management, reporting, process optimization, and operational efficiency while maintaining accuracy, quality, compliance, and data security standards.
