UI Designer We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and passionate UI Designer to craft visually compelling, intuitive, and developer-ready user interfaces for web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate possesses a strong foundation in visual design, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to translate business objectives and user needs into elegant, user-centered digital experiences. As a UI Designer, you will collaborate closely with UX Designers, Developers, Product Managers, and key stakeholders to create high-quality interfaces, build scalable design systems, and maintain a consistent visual language across our digital products. Key Responsibilities Design high-fidelity user interfaces, responsive layouts, user flows, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications. Create clean, polished, pixel-perfect, and developer-ready designs using Figma. Build, maintain, and continuously improve scalable design systems, reusable UI components, and shared design libraries. Establish and uphold visual design standards, including typography, color palettes, iconography, spacing, grid systems, and component guidelines. Design icons, illustrations, graphics, and other visual assets that enhance usability and overall product experience. Collaborate with UX Designers, Developers, Product Managers, and stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle to deliver high-quality digital products. Participate in design critiques, sprint planning, brainstorming sessions, and other cross-functional activities. Conduct design QA and partner with development teams to ensure accurate implementation, consistency, and adherence to design specifications. Continuously refine designs by incorporating user feedback, usability findings, analytics, and stakeholder insights. Stay current with UI design trends, emerging technologies, accessibility standards, and industry best practices. Required Skills Strong understanding of visual design principles, including typography, color theory, layout, spacing, hierarchy, composition, and visual consistency. Experience designing responsive interfaces for both web and mobile applications. Proven ability to build scalable design systems and reusable UI components. Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to deliver polished, consistent, and pixel-perfect designs. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Advanced proficiency in Figma, including: Auto Layout Components and Variants Variables Interactive Prototyping Design Systems Developer Handoff Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. Understanding of front-end development constraints, responsive design principles, and developer workflows to enable effective collaboration with engineering teams. Experience with 3D design tools such as Blender or Maya is an advantage but not required. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. At least one (1) year of professional experience in UI Design, Product Design, Visual Design, or a related role. Strong portfolio showcasing modern web and mobile interfaces, responsive designs, and scalable design systems. Experience designing interfaces across both web and mobile platforms. Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced Agile development environment. Demonstrated willingness to learn, adapt, and continuously improve. Preferred Qualifications Experience working within Agile or Scrum software development teams. Basic understanding of UX principles, usability best practices, and accessibility standards (WCAG). Familiarity with developer handoff processes and collaboration with front-end developers. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or front-end development concepts is an advantage. Why Join Us?
