Unlimited opportunities for employee referral incentives across the organization Standard government and Emapta benefits Total of 20 annual leaves to be used on your own discretion (including 5 credits convertible to cash) Fun engagement activities for employees Mentorship and exposure to global leaders and teams Career growth opportunities Diverse and supportive work environment The Qualifications We Seek Required 1-3 years of QA or software testing experience in a software or SaaS environment Ability to read, write, and execute structured test cases and test scripts Experience logging and tracking defects using Jira or a similar project management tool (Jira preferred) Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate documentation Ability to work effectively in a remote, asynchronous environment across multiple time zones Strong written English communication skills Preferred Exposure to Salesforce or CRM platform testing Experience working within Agile or Scrum delivery teams Familiarity with UAT processes and stakeholder-facing testing activities ISTQB Foundation Level certification or equivalent qualification Your Daily Tasks Testing Execution Execute test plans, test cases, and regression scripts prepared by the Senior QA Analyst Perform functional and regression testing for Salesforce enhancements, bug fixes, and releases Validate development outputs against defined acceptance criteria before release Document test results, including pass/fail status, supporting evidence, and environment details Defect Management Log and track defects in Jira, including reproduction steps, severity, and priority Retest resolved defects and verify fixes before sign-off and deployment Escalate recurring defect patterns and quality risks to the Senior QA Analyst or the development team UAT Support Assist in preparing UAT test scenarios and user-facing test materials Support business stakeholders during UAT sessions by answering questions, capturing issues, and tracking sign-offs Maintain UAT tracking documentation throughout the testing lifecycle Process & Documentation Maintain testing documentation in accordance with team standards Update and expand the regression test library as the initiative portfolio evolves Follow QA workflows and identify opportunities for continuous process improvement Join the Top 1% Talent.
