Customer Support Representative You’ll be the first point of contact for our clients—handling inbound calls, supporting our service team, and helping keep daily operations running smoothly. Responsibilities Answer inbound calls with a professional and friendly tone Assist clients with basic requests (policy questions, updates, documents) Accurately manage client information in our systems Support the service team with follow-ups and administrative tasks Ensure a smooth and positive experience for every caller Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer support or customer service role is required. Strong written and spoken English Ability to work US business hours (EST) Reliable internet connection with a backup plan (100 MBPS above internet speed/ LAN Cable for internet) Quiet, distraction-free workspace with a Noise Canceling Headset Previous insurance or customer service experience is a plus, but training is provided Back-up Power SourceAt least 2 Monitor Set up and a back up Computer Compensation and Benefits: Pay is every 2 weeks Paid US holidays (available after 6 months period) Paid Time Off (available after 6 months period) Hands-on training and clear processes Long-term stability with a growing US insurance agency Competitive salary Opportunities for career growth and professional development.
