About The Role We are looking for a detail-oriented Credit Analyst to support a high-volume, high-value mortgage broking practice. This role focuses on credit analysis, serviceability assessments, and end-to-end loan processing support across multiple lenders. You will work closely with the Broker and a Broker Assistant (based in Fiji), supporting the full loan journey from application through to settlement. This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical knowledge, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple files in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Conduct serviceability calculations across multiple lenders based on client briefs and broker confirmation Research lender credit policies and identify suitable loan options aligned with Best Interest Duty (BID) obligations Liaise with BDMs, lenders, and credit assessors to clarify policy and product suitability Prepare and submit loan applications using CRM systems (Salestrekker 1\.0 \& 2\.0\) and Aggregator platforms (SFG AOL/LoanApp) Manage loan file progression from submission through to settlement, including conditions and valuation follow-ups Maintain accurate client records and updates in Salestrekker 2\.0 in coordination with the Broker Assistant Support post-settlement administration tasks as required Assist in improving the Client Journey Management System (CJMS) and internal processes What We’re Looking ForMinimum Experience 3\+ years experience in Australian mortgage broking support or credit analysis 3\+ years experience with AOL/LoanApp submission and management 3\+ years experience using lender broker portals (policy research, servicing calculators, loan tracking) 2\+ years experience with Salestrekker CRM (v1 \& v2\), including workflows, notifications, and automations 2\+ years experience liaising with BDMs and lender credit assessors 1\+ year experience using Quickli or similar servicing calculators Technical \& Role Requirements Strong understanding of lender credit policies and serviceability frameworks Experience managing multiple loan files simultaneously Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in mortgage broking tools (Salestrekker, Stryd, Quickli, Microsoft Office, etc.) Understanding of ACR requirements and compliance frameworks Strong ethical and compliance-focused approach Reliable WFH setup (stable internet, quiet workspace, equipment) Soft Skills Strong finance and accounting literacy (income, expenses, liabilities, asset assessment) Solid understanding of mortgage broking industry structure and lender positioning Strong communication skills when dealing with brokers, BDMs, lenders, and internal teams Problem-solving mindset with willingness to learn broker reasoning and decision logic High attention to detail, ensuring consistency across CRM, lender platforms, and documentation Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Why Join Us Work with a high-performing Australian mortgage broking team Exposure to end-to-end lending processes across multiple lenders Strong learning and career growth in credit analysis and lending operations Opportunity to work closely with experienced brokers and offshore teams Structured but fast-paced environment with real responsibility from day one Benefits \& Working Arrangement Work-from-home setup Competitive salary of up to ₱70,000 per month Working hours: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM (PH time) Exposure to Australian mortgage broking operations Long-term career growth opportunities in credit and lending operations Benefits Work from home Pay: Php50,000\.00 - Php60,000\.00 per month Benefits Work from home Work Location: Remote
