You'll work closely with the Director/Owner and Talent & Operations Partner across candidate sourcing, recruitment coordination, social media and the general engine room of the business. Your main priority will be finding good candidates for the roles the client recruits for — some visible on LinkedIn, the best ones often requiring considerably more detective work. You'll also help keep recruitment activity organised, the database accurate, and make sure that the client’s business is showing up consistently across LinkedIn, social media and the website. This role comes with a genuine pathway into a candidate-side 180 recruitment position. As your knowledge and confidence develop, you could take increasing ownership of candidate screening, qualification, interview coordination and ongoing candidate management, while the Director/Owner continues to lead client relationships and business development. Mandatory Requirements 3+ years’ experience as a recruitment resourcer or coordinator, ideally gained within strate, property, white-collar construction or another professional services sector. Excellent written and spoken English, with a natural, personable communication style. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage several active priorities without losing the detail. Works well with autonomy, accountability, and clear expectations. Comfortable using LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK Talent Search, JobAdder, databases, social platforms and CMS tools. Practical experience using AI tools for sourcing, research, content, or workflow improvement is highly regarded. Genuine enjoyment of the search, with satisfaction in finding candidates others have missed. Direct strata or property recruitment experience is helpful, though curiosity, sound judgement and the ability to learn a specialist market matter more. Responsibilities Source candidates across LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK Talent Search, JobAdder and other relevant channels for roles being managed across the business. Build talent pools by mapping markets, identifying prospective candidates, and developing pipelines for current and future roles. Prepare thoughtful, personalised candidate outreach and manage follow-ups in a way that reflects PRP's warm and credible approach. Assist with job advertisements, candidate information, interview availability, confirmations and follow-ups. Keep JobAdder accurate and current, ensuring candidate conversations, status changes, reminders and talent pools reflect reality. Help prepare, schedule and publish job opportunities, candidate spotlights and PRP content across LinkedIn and social media in a consistent voice. Manage straightforward website CMS updates, including job listings, news and approved anonymized candidate profiles. Help explore practical ways AI can improve resourcing, research, administration, and content. Provide ad hoc recruitment support, including research, market mapping, and other short-notice tasks. Progressively take on candidate screening, qualification, interview coordination and ongoing candidate management as your knowledge and confidence grow. What's on Offer?
