Job Description

Role Summary We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Multimedia Artist who is passionate about bringing visual concepts to life through motion graphics and video editing. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe After Effects, and is capable of producing engaging digital content for various platforms. This role requires someone with a keen eye for timing, animation, and storytelling while maintaining high-quality visual standards. Key Responsibilities Edit and produce high-quality videos for digital platforms, marketing campaigns, and internal projects. Create engaging motion graphics, animated assets, and visual effects using Adobe After Effects. Synchronize audio with video and adjust basic audio levels to ensure clear and polished output. Animate characters, illustrations, and graphic elements using Adobe After Effects, including the Puppet Pin Tool for simple gestures and movements. Enhance videos with transitions, text animations, visual effects, and motion design. Collaborate with designers, marketing, and creative teams to translate concepts into compelling visual content. Organize and manage project files, assets, and revisions efficiently. Ensure all deliverables meet branding guidelines, quality standards, and project deadlines. Stay updated with current design trends, animation techniques, and video production best practices. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred. At least 1–3 years of experience in multimedia design, video editing, motion graphics, or a similar creative role. A strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, animation, and video editing projects. Required Software Knowledge Adobe After Effects Adobe Photoshop Adobe Premiere Pro (preferred but not required) Required Skills Strong video editing skills, including syncing audio timing and adjusting basic audio levels. Ability to produce and edit motion graphics and animated visual content. Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, particularly using the Puppet Pin Tool to animate simple character gestures and movements. Good understanding of animation principles, composition, pacing, and storytelling. Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience creating content for social media, digital advertising, or marketing campaigns. Basic knowledge of sound editing and visual effects. Familiarity with Illustrator, Adobe Media Encoder, or other Adobe Creative Cloud applications is an advantage. Success Metrics Delivers high-quality multimedia content on schedule.
