What You'll Be Doing Your day will live at the intersection of operations, AI, and client problem-solving. One hour you might be stepping into a client's workflow to spot bottlenecks. The next, you're organizing follow-up processes, improving invoice collection, or helping implement a price increase with a clear plan. You'll work directly with U.S.-based business owners and their teams. You'll ask smart questions, untangle vague problems, and turn loose goals into action. Then you'll help implement the fix, not just talk about it. You'll also look for practical ways to use AI, automation, and systems to improve productivity, accuracy, and visibility. This role matters because your work helps clients run better businesses, creates better customer experiences, and gives your team someone they can trust to follow through.
