And we’re looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant to start immediately! Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Audit and rebuild GoHighLevel pipelines, funnels, landing pages, forms, calendars, automations, attribution, and workflows Manage paid acquisition campaigns, creative testing, and campaign optimization Manage lead response, email/SMS nurturing, no-show recovery, and lead reactivation Coordinate podcast and social media content into digital marketing campaigns Monitor and report on lead, booking, show, conversion, and patient-economics metrics Support the development and maintenance of a compliant patient acquisition and retention system Manage CRM segmentation, landing pages, and email/SMS automation Optimize marketing workflows to generate qualified consultations and recurring patients Qualifications Advanced GoHighLevel architecture and automation experience Performance marketing experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads Experience with conversion tracking and campaign optimization Experience with healthcare or wellness marketing systems Experience with landing pages, CRM segmentation, and email/SMS automation Experience with compliance-sensitive advertising Strong analytical and reporting skills Excellent written and verbal English communication skills Strong organizational and project management skills Ability to manage multiple marketing campaigns and workflows independently Technical Requirements: USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature Working Webcam Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps Benefits Performance Incentives Job Security and Stability Paid Training Inclusive Culture Upskilling Opportunities 100% Work-From-Home Exceptionally Supportive Team Opportunities for Career Growth Fun Work Environment Holiday & Overtime Pay Schedule 5:00 AM - 2:00 PM PST (Full-Time) Location: This is a remote job Salary Package: PHP 75,000.00 Training Provided: Service lines, pricing, clinical guardrails, and approval processes Internal workflows and team processes Pabau, Birdeye, Lovable, and existing content/podcast systems Please note: Only qualified candidates will be invited to take the assessment & scheduled for an interview We have other vacancies that might interest your friends & colleagues.
