We supply packaging and warehouse consumables to businesses across Australia, including cartons, mailing products, pallet wrap, tape, labels, protective packaging, paper products, and other warehouse supplies. We are looking for a reliable and proactive Internal Sales \& Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing team and support our onshore sales representatives in Australia. About The Role This is a work-from-home role based in the Philippines. You will work closely with our Australian sales team to support customer follow-ups, prepare quotations, identify new business opportunities, and manage smaller customer accounts that require regular contact. This role is suitable for someone who is confident speaking with customers over the phone, enjoys sales support work, and is comfortable making outbound calls to businesses. Key Responsibilities Support Australian sales representatives with quotations, customer follow-ups, and sales administration Make outbound calls to existing, inactive, and potential customers Identify potential business opportunities and pass qualified leads to the onshore sales team Follow up with smaller customers and maintain regular communication Reactivate customers who have not ordered for a period of time Cross-sell packaging and warehouse consumable products to existing customers Update customer records, call notes, tasks, and follow-up activities in Zoho CRM Assist with quote preparation, product information, and customer enquiries Follow up on samples, quotations, and previous customer discussions Maintain accurate records of customer conversations and next steps What We Are Looking For Previous experience in internal sales, sales support, customer service, lead generation, or B2B outbound calling Confident spoken and written English Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with business customers Good attention to detail and strong follow-up habits Able to work independently from home with minimal supervision Organised, reliable, and target-driven Experience using CRM systems such as Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar is preferred Experience working with Australian businesses is highly regarded Work From Home Requirements Stable internet connection Quiet working environment Own computer or laptop Headset suitable for phone and online calls Ability to work Australian business hours Performance Expectations The successful candidate will be expected to maintain consistent outbound activity, follow up with customers professionally, and update all activities accurately in CRM. Performance will be reviewed based on a combination of: Outbound call activity Quality of customer conversations Qualified leads generated Quote follow-ups completed Reactivated customers Sales opportunities created CRM accuracy and follow-up discipline Compensation Base salary is ₱35,000 – ₱45,000 per month, depending on experience. A quarterly performance bonus may be offered based on KPI achievement, including qualified leads, reactivated customers, sales opportunities, and CRM performance.
