About The Role We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Creator and Editor (Short Form Video) to support our marketing and communications initiatives through engaging visual content, digital storytelling, and brand-focused design. This role is ideal for someone with strong graphic design skills, experience creating short-form video content, and the ability to produce high-quality marketing materials across digital and print channels. The ideal candidate is highly organized, creative, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining brand consistency and visual excellence. Key Responsibilities Design high-quality digital and print marketing assets, including social media content, presentations, infographics, email campaigns, newsletters, website content, and other branded materials. Translate concepts into clear, visually engaging content for diverse audiences. Collaborate with marketing team members, content creators, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality creative solutions. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining speed, accuracy, and creativity in a deadline-driven environment. Develop branded templates and materials that can be customized by non-designers using tools such as Canva and Microsoft Office. Ensure all content aligns with company brand standards, tone, and visual identity while maintaining a modern and engaging look across digital platforms. Create, edit, and optimize short-form video content for social media, marketing campaigns, and digital content libraries. Support content creation and marketing initiatives by developing graphics, videos, and other visual assets that enhance brand visibility and audience engagement. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, digital content creation, or marketing communications. Experience creating and editing short-form video content using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar tools . Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite ( InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop ). Strong Canva and PowerPoint skills. Strong visual storytelling, typography, and layout skills. Excellent communication, organizational, and project management abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment. Ability to translate complex ideas into clear and engaging visual content. Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities.. Must be available to work full-time during U.S. business hours Preferred Qualifications Experience creating content for social media, digital marketing campaigns, and online platforms. Experience designing for digital platforms, including websites, email marketing, and social media channels. Knowledge of email marketing, social media content, and brand management. Print production knowledge and experience is highly desirable. Experience supporting executive presentations and organizational communications.
