Position Overview We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to strengthen our online presence and generate high-quality B2B leads. The ideal candidate will create engaging content, manage social media channels, design graphics and advertisements, edit videos, and execute marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness and attract dealerships, fleet operators, and transportation partners. Experience marketing B2B services is highly preferred. Responsibilities Create engaging content for Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social platforms Design graphics, advertisements, and promotional materials Edit short-form videos, reels, and marketing content Develop content calendars and schedule posts Write compelling captions and marketing copy Create campaigns that generate qualified B2B leads Promote company services, success stories, and customer testimonials Monitor engagement and respond to messages and comments Track campaign performance and recommend improvements Stay up to date on social media trends and competitor activity Qualifications Required 2\+ years of social media management experience Experience creating graphics using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite Experience editing videos using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar software Strong copywriting and communication skills Experience managing Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram business pages Understanding of lead generation through social media Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Preferred Experience marketing logistics, transportation, automotive, or B2B companies Experience running Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT for content creation Basic photography or videography skills Experience using scheduling tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Metricool What We Offer Long-term opportunity Creative and collaborative work environment Opportunity to make a direct impact on company growth
