And most importantly, you can write like a real human being - not a corporate marketing department. Excellent written English. Strong knowledge of Reddit. Experience participating in forums and online communities. The ability to produce 100+ thoughtful comments per day. The ability to create interesting discussion threads. Strong research skills. An understanding of subreddit rules, moderation and community culture. Basic SEO knowledge. Excellent organisation and reporting skills. The ability to work across multiple industries simultaneously. Experience in Reddit marketing, community management, SEO, digital PR, content marketing or online reputation management is a major advantage. Core responsibilities: 100 quality comments/replies per day New discussion threads/posts every day Participation across multiple relevant communities Consistent activity across Reddit and other approved forums Discovery of new communities and threads relevant to our clients Volume matters - but quality, relevance and account health matter just as much. We do not want copy-and-paste spam. Research relevant subreddits, forums and online communities. Find active discussions related to each client's products, services and industry. Write natural, useful and contextually relevant comments. Create original Reddit posts and forum threads designed to generate genuine discussion. Answer questions where our clients have relevant expertise. Build brand awareness through useful community participation. Identify opportunities for appropriate brand mentions. Monitor discussions involving clients and competitors. Find trending topics and questions worth participating in. Maintain an organised pipeline of conversations and posting opportunities. Track comments, posts, engagement, mentions, referral traffic and results. Work closely with First Page's SEO, content and AI visibility teams.
