Amazon & Walmart Catalog Specialist We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Catalog Specialist to manage and maintain our product catalog across Amazon, Walmart, and other e-commerce marketplaces. This position requires someone with strong hands-on experience in Amazon Seller Central and Walmart Marketplace , particularly in listing management, catalog troubleshooting, optimization, and product launches. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain product listings on Amazon and Walmart Create and optimize new product listings Update titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords, images, and product attributes Troubleshoot suppressed, inactive, stranded, and other catalog issues Handle listing errors, variations, category issues, and product detail page corrections Manage UPC/GTIN and other product information updates Monitor listing health and catalog accuracy Coordinate new product launches Conduct keyword and competitor research Recommend improvements to product images, A+ Content, and listing creatives Work with designers to develop effective product images and marketing content Monitor product performance and identify opportunities to improve traffic, conversion, and sales Assist with promotions, deals, pricing, and other marketplace activities Requirements Strong experience with Amazon Seller Central Experience with Walmart Seller Center/Marketplace Proven experience managing large e-commerce catalogs Strong knowledge of Amazon listing optimization and SEO Experience troubleshooting Amazon catalog and listing issues Knowledge of variations, UPC/GTIN, FBA/FBM, inventory, and listing compliance Understanding of Amazon PPC and product promotion is a plus Creative mindset and ability to recommend improvements to product images and content Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Schedule Full-time, US Eastern Time (ET) Compensation Based on experience and qualifications; discussed during the interview. Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month Work Location: Remote
