Cliniqon is looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented, and compassionate Dental Care Coordinator / Insurance Benefits Verifier to support our growing dental operations. In this vital role, you'll be at the heart of the patient experience—helping patients understand their insurance benefits, coordinating treatment plans, and ensuring a seamless path to exceptional dental care. What You'll Do As a key member of our team, you will: Coordinate patient scheduling, appointment confirmations, recalls, and follow-up care Verify dental insurance eligibility, benefits, copays, deductibles, annual maximums, and coverage limitations Obtain and manage prior authorizations and pre-determinations for dental procedures Clearly explain insurance benefits and financial responsibilities to patients Collaborate with dentists, hygienists, billing specialists, and administrative teams to ensure outstanding patient care Maintain accurate patient records within EMR and practice management systems Submit, track, and document insurance verification and authorization requests through payer portals Assist patients with questions regarding treatment plans, insurance coverage, and payment options Ensure compliance with insurance requirements, practice policies, and patient confidentiality standards Deliver exceptional customer service that creates a positive and welcoming patient experience What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively Proficiency with computer systems, insurance portals, and data entry A patient-centered mindset with a commitment to teamwork and professionalism Preferred Qualifications Previous experience as a Dental Care Coordinator, Insurance Benefits Verifier, Treatment Coordinator, Dental Receptionist, or similar role Strong knowledge of dental insurance verification, benefits, and authorization processes Experience with Dentrix or other dental practice management software Familiarity with insurance portals such as Availity, RADMD, BCBS, and other payer systems Understanding of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance billing workflows Availability to work night shifts aligned with U.S. business hours Ready to start immediately Why You'll Love Working at Cliniqon At Cliniqon, we believe great people deserve great opportunities.
