We are currently hiring a Digital Marketing Virtual Assistant with proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and lead generation. This role will support the digital marketing efforts of a community-focused retail pharmacy by increasing brand awareness, attracting new patients, and generating inbound inquiries through multiple online channels. Job Role The Digital Marketing Virtual Assistant will play a key role in strengthening the pharmacy's online presence by managing digital marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and encourage patient inquiries. This role is responsible for managing social media, email marketing campaigns, website content coordination, lead generation, and marketing performance reporting while supporting the customer journey from initial online engagement to phone inquiries or in-store visits. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you'll help drive business growth through creative, data-driven marketing strategies. Job Responsibilities Digital Marketing \& Lead Generation Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads Research and identify opportunities to increase online visibility Support lead generation initiatives across multiple marketing channels Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements Assist in developing marketing strategies to increase customer engagement Social Media Management Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content Manage business pages across platforms such as Facebook and Instagram Respond to comments and messages when required Monitor audience engagement and community growth Stay updated on social media trends and best practices Email Marketing \& Content Creation Create and distribute email marketing campaigns Design newsletters, promotional emails, and marketing materials Maintain email subscriber lists and campaign schedules Track email campaign performance and optimize future campaigns Ensure marketing content aligns with brand guidelines Website \& Marketing Support Coordinate website content updates with developers or internal teams Assist in creating landing pages, forms, and lead capture tools Support website improvements that enhance the customer experience Help maintain consistent branding across digital platforms Reporting \& Administrative Support Track key marketing performance indicators (KPIs) Prepare marketing performance reports and campaign summaries Maintain organized marketing assets and documentation Assist with CRM updates and lead tracking Collaborate with internal teams to support ongoing marketing initiatives Job Qualifications Previous experience in digital marketing, social media management, marketing coordination, or a related role Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and lead generation strategies Excellent written and verbal English communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects and deadlines Creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities Preferred Qualifications Experience using social media management platforms Experience with email marketing tools such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar platforms Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other graphic design tools Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management software Basic knowledge of website content management and landing page optimization Experience working in healthcare, retail, or other regulated industries is an advantage Job Requirements Experience using digital marketing and content creation tools Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace Reliable computer (Intel i5/i7 or equivalent) Noise-canceling headset Minimum 50 Mbps wired internet connection Work Schedule Full-time remote position Night shift: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM Philippine Time Important: We do not accept applicants who are currently employed full-time, seeking part-time work, on floating status, or currently rendering a notice period.
