This is not a traditional Virtual Assistant role. We are looking for a strategic operator who can design, implement, and optimize the systems that power our marketing, client journey, and business operations. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in GoHighLevel, WordPress, CRM automation, and digital marketing. You should be comfortable creating scalable workflows, integrating multiple platforms, and recommending best practices that improve efficiency and client experience. This role begins at 20 hours per week with strong potential to transition into a long-term, full-time position as the business grows. You should be able to identify operational gaps, recommend better workflows, build scalable automations, and continuously improve our systems with minimal direction.
