About The Role • We are seeking an Affiliate Marketing Specialist to develop, manage, and grow our affiliate marketing program. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with affiliates, optimize campaign performance, and drive revenue through strategic affiliate initiatives. Key Responsibilities • Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate content creators who produce livestreams and video content • Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate creators to maximize engagement and performance • Review and approve product sample requests through affiliate platforms • Create content briefs and campaign briefs aligned with promotions, seasonal campaigns, and market trends • Ensure affiliates comply with brand guidelines and campaign requirements • Track affiliate content uploads and follow up to ensure campaign deliverables are completed on time • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify industry trends and growth opportunities • Prepare weekly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations About you • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field • Fresh graduates with excellent communication and organizational skills are encouraged to apply • Experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, social media, or e-commerce is an advantage but not required • Willingness to learn affiliate marketing platforms and digital marketing strategies • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
