About The Role We are looking for a Senior Social Media Content Video Editor / Graphic Designer to lead the creation of high-impact visual content across social media and digital platforms. This role is ideal for a creative professional with strong short-form video editing skills , a sharp design eye, and a supporting role in website UX and digital design . Viral video experience is highly desirable You will play a key role in shaping our brand presence across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Rednote 小红书 , and other digital touchpoints, producing content that drives engagement, conversions, and brand recognition . Chinese is not essential but understanding to design for a Chinese audience will be advantageous. Key Responsibilities Edit and produce high-performing short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts Design engaging social media graphics, animations, and digital assets aligned with brand guidelines Optimise content for platform-specific performance, trends, hooks, and retention Collaborate with marketing, performance, and leadership teams to develop conversion-focused creative Apply UX and visual storytelling principles to improve user engagement Support website, landing page, and digital asset design in a supporting UX role Manage fast turnarounds while maintaining high creative and quality standards Skills & Experience Minimum 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, multimedia design, or a related role Hands-on experience creating content for Instagram and TikTok , with a clear understanding of what drives engagement and brand growth Experience producing viral or high-performing social media content is highly desirable Proficiency in graphic design, animation, and motion content , using tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or equivalent Strong experience editing short-form, fast-turnaround video content optimised for social media performance Proven experience across print, web, UX, and digital design Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro) About Us Australian Green Solution is a proudly Australian-owned company.
