About The Role We are seeking a visionary and highly insightful Associate Creative Designer for our creative department. You will be the driving force behind our visual identity, strategic campaigns, and creative output. We need a big-picture thinker who brings deep industry insights, cultural awareness, and data-driven strategy to the table. You will mentor a talented team of designers, writers, and creators, pushing them to produce their best work while keeping our agency/brand at the absolute forefront of creative innovation (including AI-integrated workflows). Key Responsibilities Provide Strategic Insights: Bring high-level creative vision and market insights to brainstorms, ensuring our concepts are culturally relevant, fresh, and impactful. Translate Strategy into Execution: Take complex client briefs or business objectives and translate them into clear, inspiring creative direction for the team. Uphold Excellence: Review and approve all creative output, ensuring it meets the highest standards of quality, strategic alignment, and attention to detail. Future-Proof the Workflow: Champion the adoption of new technologies and AI tools within the team's creative pipeline to increase efficiency and spark new ideas. Collaborate with Stakeholders: Act as the bridge between the creative team and upper management or clients, confidently pitching ideas and defending creative choices with data and insight. What We Are Looking For Insight-Driven: You don’t just know what looks good; you know why it works. You possess a deep understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and modern media. Master Storyteller: An exceptional portfolio showing a history of successful, cohesive multi-channel campaigns and strong brand building. Tech-Forward Mindset: Open to and enthusiastic about integrating AI tools into the creative process to supercharge the team's capabilities. Communication Champ: Outstanding presentation and pitching skills, with the ability to articulate complex creative concepts clearly to non-creative stakeholders. Experience in both agency and in-house creative environments. Hands-on experience piloting AI creative tools (Midjourney, Runway, ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly) at a team or organizational level.
