About The Role We are seeking a highly motivated Full Stack Engineer to join our growing technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both front-end and back-end components of modern applications. You will work closely with product owners, architects, designers, and fellow engineers to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality software solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain client-side and server-side application components Design, build, and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services Create and optimize database structures and queries Write clean, efficient, testable, and maintainable code Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, architects, and product owners Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and other Agile ceremonies Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues Ensure software solutions adhere to performance, security, and scalability best practices Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and technical innovation Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as JavaScript, React, and/or Angular Experience with back-end development using Node.js, Java, .NET, or Python Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and web services Proficiency with Git and version control best practices Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills Preferred Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes Familiarity with CI/CD tools and deployment pipelines Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments Job Type: Fixed term Pay: Up to Php140,000\.00 per month Application Question(s): How many years of Full Stack Development experience do you have?
