Job Summary This role provides front-end recruiting support by managing initial candidate screening and routing for inbound and outbound driver leads. You will serve as the first point of contact, ensuring all candidates are quickly pre-qualified, accurately documented, and connected to a recruiter via warm transfer. This role is process-driven, not a full-cycle recruiting position, and requires strict adherence to script, scope, and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities Lead Management \& Outreach Conduct outbound calls to driver leads using assigned calls using our Applicant Tracking System Deliver standardized opening script and maintain consistent candidate engagement Scripted screening questions Approved responses Warm transfers and callback scheduling Screening \& Qualification Execute required pre-screen questions exactly as defined (CDL status, endorsements, experience, safety history, home time preference) Accurately document all responses in ATS/forms in real time Warm Transfer Execution Identify qualified candidates and initiate live transfer to available recruiters Monitor recruiter availability queues and facilitate seamless handoffs Schedule same-day callbacks when live transfer is not available Disposition \& Data Accuracy Apply correct call dispositions (warm transfer, callback, not qualified, no answer) Ensure complete and accurate recordkeeping for every candidate interaction Qualifications Must have at least 1 year U.S. driver recruiting experience Prior call center, recruiting support, or lead qualification experience preferred Strong verbal communication skills and professional phone presence Ability to follow structured scripts and processes without deviation High attention to detail and discipline in documentation ● Ability to manage high-volume call volume and multitask effectively Pay: From Php37,000\.00 per month Work Location: Remote
