Legal Intake \& Client Relations Specialist (Remote – Philippines) U.S. \& UK Immigration Law Firm \| Full-Time \| Remote A growing U.S. and UK immigration law firm is seeking an outstanding Legal Intake \& Client Relations Specialist based in the Philippines to become the first point of contact for prospective clients. This is a client-facing role suited to someone who enjoys helping people, communicating professionally, and building trust. You will play a key role in converting prospective clients into paid consultations while ensuring every client receives an exceptional first impression of the firm. This role would particularly suit a law graduate, law student, legal management graduate, business graduate, or other professional with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in the legal profession. About The Role The successful candidate will be responsible for: · Speaking with prospective clients by telephone, email, and video call · Converting enquiries into paid consultations · Explaining the firm’s consultation process and legal services (without providing legal advice) · Building rapport with prospective clients and providing an excellent client experience · Following structured intake procedures and scripts · Conducting basic research where necessary to better understand prospective client enquiries · Preparing intake summaries for the supervising attorney · Following up with prospective clients and consultation enquiries · Maintaining accurate records within the firm’s case management and CRM systems · Assisting with consultation scheduling · Supporting administrative and operational tasks as required · Assisting the legal team with general case administration during quieter periods Required Qualifications Essential requirements: · Excellent spoken and written English · Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills · Professional and confident telephone manner · Strong organisational skills and attention to detail · Ability to build rapport and establish trust quickly · Ability to follow procedures, systems, and scripts consistently · Strong problem-solving and research skills · Comfortable working with technology and multiple software platforms · Comfortable working remotely · Reliable high-speed internet · Quiet and professional home working environment Preferred Experience Experience in one or more of the following would be advantageous: · Client intake for a U.S. law firm · Sales, client service, or customer success · Immigration law · Legal administration · Consultation booking and lead conversion · CRM or case management software · Law degree, Legal Management degree, or similar qualification Compensation USD $700 – $1,000 per month (Dependent on Experience) (Approx.
