About The Role We are hiring on behalf of an established international software company that provides ERP and cloud-based business solutions to clients across Australia and the United Kingdom. This is a full-time, fully remote role for a skilled ERP Implementation and Support Specialist with hands-on experience in Sage Intacct or a comparable ERP platform. The role is client-facing and covers the full implementation lifecycle; from gathering requirements and configuring the system, to training end users and delivering ongoing support after go-live. If you have actually implemented or consulted on ERP systems (not just used them for data entry), and you are confident working directly with international clients, this role was built for you. What You Will Be Doing Implementation and Onboarding Support Sage Intacct implementation projects from requirements gathering through to go-live Document client business processes and map them to system configuration Configure Sage Intacct modules, workflows, and settings to match client requirements Support data mapping and migration activities Assist with testing, validation, and go-live readiness Customer Training Deliver end-user training sessions to client teams Create user guides, training materials, and knowledge base documentation Help clients understand system functionality and adopt best-practice workflows Ongoing Customer Support Respond to client support requests across email, phone, and support platforms Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues Escalate complex technical problems to senior consultants where required Monitor support tickets and ensure resolution within agreed timeframes Client Relationship Management Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients throughout the engagement Act as a reliable point of contact and trusted advisor during implementation Proactively identify opportunities to improve client processes and outcomes Internal Collaboration Work closely with the implementation and consulting team Contribute to process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives Participate in project meetings and internal knowledge sharing What We Are Looking For This is a non-negotiable requirement: Candidates must have actual, hands-on ERP implementation or consulting experience — not general helpdesk, data entry, or end-user support only. If you have configured systems, led go-live activities, or worked as part of an implementation project team, that is the experience we need. ERP Platform Experience (one of the following): Sage Intacct (strongly preferred) Sage X3, Sage 300, or Sage Business Cloud NetSuite Microsoft Dynamics SAP Business One Oracle MYOB Advanced Acumatica Technical Skills: ERP implementation and configuration experience Business process mapping and requirements documentation Software troubleshooting and issue resolution Understanding of accounting and finance workflows Experience with SaaS platforms and cloud-based software Communication Skills: Excellent written and spoken English — you will be conducting client meetings and training sessions independently Strong presentation and facilitation skills Professional, consultative approach in all client interactions Preferred Background: 2 or more years of ERP implementation or ERP support experience Accounting or bookkeeping background is a strong advantage Experience with software onboarding and user training Prior work with Australian, UK, or US clients Who Should Apply This role is a strong fit for candidates who have previously worked as: ERP Implementation Consultant ERP Support Specialist Sage Intacct Consultant NetSuite Implementation Analyst ERP Functional Consultant Software Implementation Specialist Application Support Analyst (ERP or accounting software focus) Customer Success Manager (software or SaaS background) Pay: Php70,000\.00 - Php100,000\.00 per month Benefits Health insurance Opportunities for promotion Work from home Application Question(s): Which ERP systems have you personally implemented or configured, and for how many years?
