Overview We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to lead local social media operations and content strategy. This role will be responsible for building brand presence, improving online sentiment, managing local content execution, and driving audience engagement across digital platforms. The ideal candidate deeply understands local internet culture, social trends, and platform behaviors, while also being capable of balancing brand storytelling with performance-driven content. Key Responsibilities Social Media Strategy \& Operations - Develop and execute localized social media strategies across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, and YouTube - Build monthly content calendars aligned with branding and campaign objectives - Manage day-to-day social media operations, publishing schedules, and community engagement - Monitor social sentiment and proactively manage online reputation - Content \& Campaign Execution - Collaborate with design, branding, and marketing teams to create localized content - Lead content ideation for UGC, trend-based content, educational content, and campaign storytelling - Support influencer and KOL/KOC campaign execution - Ensure all content aligns with brand positioning and local market tone Performance \& Insights - Analyze platform performance, audience behavior, and campaign effectiveness - Generate regular reporting and actionable insights to improve engagement and growth Stay updated on platform algorithm changes, social trends, and competitive activities in the Philippines Requirements Professional Skills 5\+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or content marketing Strong understanding of Philippine social media culture and consumer behavior Proven experience managing brand social media accounts at scale Experience in fintech, lifestyle, consumer internet, or startup brands is preferred Strong copywriting and storytelling skills Familiar with social analytics tools and content planning systems Experience working with influencers, creators, or PR agencies is a plus Personal Qualifications Based in the Philippines Strong communication and project management skills Creative thinker with strong execution ability Able to work in a fast-paced and cross-functional environment Fluent in Tagalog and English Work Location: Hybrid remote in Taguig
