Credit Repair Virtual Assistant (Remote) We are looking for an experienced Credit Repair Virtual Assistant to join our growing team. Responsibilities Manage client credit repair files from onboarding to dispute processing Analyze credit reports and identify dispute opportunities Execute various dispute strategies, including factual, FTC/CFPB, Metro 2, and other compliant dispute methods Process and manage disputes through Credit Repair Cloud (CRC), Dispute Fox (DF), and Credit Detailer Manager (CDM) Maintain accurate client records and documentation Communicate with team members regarding account updates and progress Requirements Previous experience in the credit repair industry Strong understanding of dispute strategies and credit reporting Hands-on experience with CRC, Dispute Fox, and/or CDM Familiarity with GoHighLevel (GHL), RingCentral, and Slack Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Preferred: Knowledge of FCRA, Metro 2 Compliance, FTC, and CFPB dispute processes Experience handling a high volume of client files If you're passionate about helping clients improve their credit and have the experience we're looking for, we'd love to hear from you.
