As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a dedicated Project Management Support to join our team remotely from the Philippines. Key Responsibilities Enter project schedules into Accredo based on information from builders and customers. Track and report key dates and job progress to the Project Manager. Prepare job cards with all essential details for installers (site info, access, contacts, product, etc.). Link and manage all required QA (Quality Assurance) documents for each job. Coordinate Health & Safety paperwork, including Site-Specific Safety Plans (SSSP). Manage the Aftersales inbox—responding quickly and professionally to customer inquiries. Log service jobs in Accredo/Smartsheet and ensure they’re properly tracked and completed. Follow up relentlessly until each case is resolved and closed. Document all interactions and resolutions clearly in Smartsheet and internal systems. Perform other tasks as needed to support the Project Management and wider Operations team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Response Time: Maintain fast and effective communication with customers. Customer Satisfaction: Positive feedback and minimal repeat issues. Process Accuracy: Maintain up-to-date and properly documented records. Pay: Php350.00 - Php400.00 per hour Work Location: Remote
