We're hiring a Senior AI Content Creator to lead content, social, and brand across two businesses: JSK Advisory, an AI-native marketing agency, and an Australian D2C ecommerce brand under the same group. You'll work Sydney hours (AEST) — real day shift. No flipping your sleep schedule, no working through the night, no burnout cycles. This is a stable, long-term role for someone who wants to build a career, not jump contracts every six months. You'll also be at the front edge of where the industry is going. We're an AI-native agency — every workflow we build assumes AI is in the loop. You'll get hands-on with the newest tools as they release, with budget and time to experiment. If you're the kind of creator who wants to stay ahead of the curve instead of catching up to it, this is the environment for you. What you'll do You'll own the content engine end-to-end. That means writing the hook, generating or sourcing the footage, editing the video, scheduling the post, replying to comments, and tracking what worked. You'll run organic social across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn. You'll work directly with the founder — no layers, no agencies in the middle. The focus for this role will be creating unique, polished, professional looking content that educates viewers on AI. In addition, our ecom brand will consist of story telling content. Required experience with our AI stack You must have hands-on, demonstrable experience with: Higgsfield — AI-generated UGC-style video Heygen — Experience generating professional style AI avatar videos You'll also use ElevenLabs for voiceover and Claude for scripts, copy, and ideation daily. If you're not already familiar with these, you'll need to come up to speed quickly. What we're looking for 4-5+ years in content, social, and video — ideally a mix of all three. A portfolio where you led the work, not just supported it. Strong short-form video editing (you understand what makes a 3-second hook actually hook). Hands-on experience managing brand social accounts and growing them. You write well in English. You're a self-starter — founder-led environments are fast and a bit messy, and you need to be the kind of person who makes decisions without waiting for permission.
