We’re looking for a talented Email Designer to join our growing team! If you’re passionate about creating visually engaging, conversion-focused email campaigns and have a strong eye for design, we’d love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Design visually appealing, high-converting email campaigns aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives. Create promotional, seasonal, product launch, and lifecycle email designs, including Welcome, Abandoned Cart, Post-Purchase, Win-Back, and Promotional campaigns. Design responsive email layouts optimized for desktop and mobile. Create email graphics, banners, icons, GIFs, and other creative assets. Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and the marketing team. Ensure brand consistency across all email communications. Optimize layouts for readability, user experience, and click-through performance. Perform QA testing across major email clients and devices. Maintain design assets, templates, and reusable components. Stay updated on email design trends, accessibility standards, and email client best practices. Requirements 3–5 years of experience in Email Design or Graphic Design with a strong portfolio. Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or similar design tools. Experience creating responsive email layouts. Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, layout, and conversion-focused design. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment. Fluent English communication skills.
