About The Role Uplift Healthcare Solutions is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Provider Set-Up Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating provider enrollment, credentialing, revenue cycle projects, billing activities, denial management, and collection processes while providing routine operational and administrative support. This is an excellent opportunity for healthcare professionals with experience in provider enrollment, medical billing, credentialing, and revenue cycle management who are looking for a permanent work-from-home position. Key Responsibilities Manage provider enrollment and credentialing processes with commercial and government payers. Coordinate provider setup activities and ensure accurate provider information across systems. Monitor and follow up on payer applications, revalidations, and enrollment status updates. Support revenue cycle operations, including billing, collections, and denial management. Investigate and resolve payer enrollment and reimbursement issues. Maintain accurate documentation and records related to provider enrollment and credentialing. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure providers are properly configured and ready for billing. Assist with accounts receivable follow-up and revenue cycle projects as needed. Ensure compliance with payer requirements and healthcare regulations. Provide administrative and operational support to the revenue cycle team. Qualifications Required: Minimum 2 years of experience in Provider Enrollment, Credentialing, Medical Billing, or Revenue Cycle Management . Strong understanding of provider enrollment processes and payer requirements. Experience with denial management, accounts receivable follow-up, or revenue cycle operations. Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement methodologies. Familiarity with Professional Billing (PB), Hospital Billing (HB), and SBO workflows. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Preferred: Experience using Epic EHR . Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer enrollment processes. Previous experience in a U.S. healthcare setting.
