Job Description Drive growth within an assigned portfolio of existing customers through strategic account expansion activities. Identify, develop, and close upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers across customer organizations. Develop and execute account plans aligned with customer business objectives and growth opportunities. Manage the full sales cycle, including opportunity qualification, forecasting, negotiations, and deal closure. Collaborate with channel partners and internal stakeholders to maximize customer engagement and success. Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, customer challenges, and competitive developments. The Successful Applicant Proven experience in enterprise software, SaaS, technology, or solution-selling environments. Demonstrated success managing and growing existing customer accounts. Strong consultative selling, stakeholder management, and relationship-building capabilities. Experience engaging senior executives and influencing complex buying decisions. Strong commercial acumen with experience in forecasting, pipeline management, and negotiations. Experience working with partner ecosystems or indirect sales channels is advantageous. Exposure to Architecture, Engineering, Construction (AEC), manufacturing, infrastructure, or related industries is preferred.
