About The Role The is responsible for sourcing, validating, and maintaining construction project data from multiple sources, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of information used by clients across the construction industry. The role supports Hubexo's data and technology platforms by gathering project intelligence, engaging with industry stakeholders, and delivering reliable market insights that help customers make informed business decisions. Job Responsibilities: Research and identify upcoming, ongoing, and completed construction projects using online sources, public records, industry publications, and other research channels. Verify project information through phone calls, emails, and direct communication with developers, architects, contractors, consultants, and other industry professionals. Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records within Hubexo's databases and platforms. Analyze and validate project data to ensure quality, reliability, and completeness. Monitor construction market trends and track project developments throughout their lifecycle. Respond to research inquiries and support internal stakeholders with project-related information Contribute to process improvements that enhance data collection efficiency and data quality. Minimum Qualifications Hubexo is looking for candidates who are quick and eager learners, who want to work in a fast-paced environment and aren’t afraid of meeting targets under a deadline. We want people with excellent research skills who are hard-working. Strong internet research, data gathering, and information verification skills. High level of proficiency in the English language (both in verbal & written form) Ability to conduct professional phone and email interactions with industry stakeholders. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook. Previous experience in research, market intelligence, data analysis, customer service, or business process outsourcing (BPO). Exposure to the construction, engineering, architecture, real estate, or infrastructure industries. Experience conducting outbound calls for information gathering or verification purposes. Knowledge of CRM, research, or business intelligence tools. Must be able to start working and undergoing training right away Must be willing to work in night shift (4pm- 1am) May be required to work on Philippine holidays and render overtime when necessary to support operational and business requirements.
