Responsibilities • Process Analysis & Improvement • Review, analyze, and map existing business processes across multiple departments • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and eliminate process bottlenecks • Design future-state workflows that leverage AI, automation, and system integrations • Document business processes, procedures, and recommendations in a clear, structured format • Automation & AI Implementation • Design, build, test, deploy, and optimize AI-powered workflows and business automations • Develop scalable automation solutions using Claude, Zapier, Make, n8n, and related platforms • Identify opportunities to leverage AI tools to improve productivity, decision-making, and operational efficiency • Systems Integration • Support integrations across Advanta's core business systems • Utilize APIs, webhooks, and automation platforms to facilitate secure and reliable data flow between systems • Collaborate with Advanta's internal programmer on technical integration requirements • Ensure automation solutions are secure, reliable, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives • Documentation & Knowledge Management • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), technical documentation, process maps, workflow diagrams, and automation runbooks • Ensure automation solutions are fully documented, maintainable, and supported by the business • AI Adoption & Change Management • Support team members in adopting AI tools and business automations • Deliver training and education initiatives that increase AI literacy across the organization • Promote a culture of innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement • Champion practical AI adoption aligned with Advanta's business objectives • Reporting & Continuous Improvement • Provide regular updates on project progress and outcomes • Track and report efficiency gains and business improvements achieved through automation initiatives • Identify and implement opportunities for AI adoption and process improvement • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) • Deliver at least four process or technical documentation outputs per month • Deliver at least two completed automation or workflow improvement projects per month • Maintain reliable and secure automation solutions • Reduce manual administration across key business functions • Improve process visibility and operational efficiency • Increase organizational adoption of AI tools • Implement improvements that deliver measurable business value • About the Client • Advanta Group Pty Ltd is one of Australia's most respected commercial seating manufacturers, delivering innovative workspace solutions for more than 40 years.
