This role is being recruited by Clarke Point(www.clarkepoint.com), a premier Singapore-based agency dedicated to delivering global recruitment and staffing solutions, and is for a long-term, full-time Independent Contractor. What You’ll Be Doing Work under the guidance of the Marketing Manager to deliver high-quality design assets that support business and client objectives Design and refine client reports, presentations, and strategic documents by applying and bringing the Company’s brand guidelines to life Transform research findings, data, and written content into clear and engaging visual communications Create and maintain high-quality PowerPoint presentations for client-facing deliverables Design reports, infographics, and branded assets within Canva Develop social media graphics tailored to platform-specific requirements and audience engagement goals Create digital assets and visual elements for websites and landing pages Design web page layouts and wireframes using Figma Collaborate closely with consultants and stakeholders to understand project objectives and design requirements Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards Ensure consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail across all visual communications and brand assets What We’re Looking For Experience working as an Independent Contractor for an Australian, American, British or similar international clients Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint with extensive experience designing professional presentations and reports High proficiency in Canva for creating branded reports, marketing collateral, and digital assets Intermediate proficiency in Adobe Illustrator for creating and editing professional graphic assets Good proficiency in Figma with the ability to create web page layouts and digital design concepts Strong social media design experience, including platform-specific dimensions, formats, and best practices Proven ability to create visual assets from concept and brief through to final delivery Strong English comprehension skills with the ability to understand written content and design appropriately to support messaging Exceptional attention to detail with a strong focus on consistency, alignment, typography, spacing, and visual accuracy Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise competing deadlines, and work independently with minimal supervision Strong Mac proficiency and experience working within Mac-based environments Excellent communication and collaboration skills suitable for a remote team environment Nice to Have Experience working with research, consulting, strategy, or professional services organisations Experience designing infographics, data visualisations, and research-based communications Familiarity with basic web design principles and user experience concepts Experience working with brand guideline development and brand management Exposure to Adobe Creative Cloud applications beyond Illustrator Experience supporting distributed or international teams Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles Basic knowledge of AI-powered design and content creation tools Remote Work Setup Requirements To ensure a smooth and professional remote working experience, candidates must have the following: A reliable computer or laptop Stable internet connection Quiet, dedicated home workspace suitable for remote work Ideal Personality Attributes Detail-Oriented: Notices inconsistencies and takes pride in producing polished, accurate work Proactive: Takes ownership of projects and solves problems without waiting for detailed instructions Collaborative: Works effectively with consultants and stakeholders while contributing positively to team outcomes Commercially Minded: Understands that design exists to communicate ideas and achieve business objectives Adaptable: Comfortable managing changing priorities, multiple projects, and evolving business needs Compensation Package ₱60,000 to ₱80,000 per month (depending on experience) Long-term, full-time Independent Contractor role Philippines public holidays 12 days vacation leave per year 6 days sick leave per year ₱2,500 monthly health insurance allowance Fully remote, Monday to Friday, aligned with Australian business hours (with flexibility) The company is based in Melbourne, Australia, thus the work hours will follow Melbourne time (GMT +10) with some flexibility.
