Key Responsibilities • Website Management • · Manage and maintain our WordPress website • · Build and update landing pages • · Publish SEO content • · Implement on-page SEO recommendations • · Manage plugins and website functionality • · Test and quality-check website updates • · Monitor website performance and usability • · Coordinate external developers when technical work is required • CRM & Lead Management • · Manage CRM workflows and automations • · Monitor lead routing processes • · Ensure leads are delivered correctly • · Troubleshoot lead flow issues • · Maintain pipeline and workflow integrity • · Assist with reporting and operational improvements • Systems & Automation • · Manage Zapier, Make and automation platforms • · Monitor API integrations and lead providers • · Troubleshoot automation failures • · Improve operational efficiency through automation • · Identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements • · Coordinate external technical resources when required • Documentation & Process Management • · Create and maintain SOPs • · Build and maintain process maps • · Maintain a systems register • · Document automations, integrations and workflows • · Maintain vendor records and technical documentation • · Ensure critical business knowledge is documented and accessible • Project & Vendor Coordination • · Coordinate external developers • · Coordinate designers and contractors • · Manage website and systems projects • · Track project progress and deadlines • · Ensure projects are delivered to scope and on time • · Act as the internal owner of technical initiatives • Required Skills • · Strong WordPress experience • · Experience managing websites with large amounts of content • · Experience with CRM administration • · Experience with Zapier, Make, or similar automation platforms • · Strong process documentation skills • · Excellent written and spoken English • · Exceptional attention to detail • · Strong organisational skills • · Strong problem solving ability • · Ability to work independently and take ownership • Highly Desirable • · SEO implementation experience • · Elementor or similar page builder experience • · Trello, ClickUp, Monday.com or Asana experience • · Basic HTML and CSS knowledge • · Experience working with APIs and integrations • · Experience supporting Australian businesses • · Experience documenting complex business systems • · Experience managing remote contractors or technical vendors What Success Looks Like • · All critical business systems are documented • · Website updates are delivered accurately and on time • · Lead flow and automations operate reliably • · SOPs exist for all critical business processes • · Process maps exist for all major lead flows • · External developers can quickly understand our systems • · Website, CRM and operational systems are organised and scalable • · SEO goals and outcomes achieved • · The business is significantly less dependent on key individuals Please provide: • 1.
