Digital Marketing & GoHighLevel Specialist (Remote) Casafix Renovations is an Ontario, Canada-based renovation and property services company. We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing & GoHighLevel Specialist to manage and grow our online marketing, advertising, social media, and CRM. This is not simply a social media posting position. We are looking for someone who understands lead generation, paid advertising, content, CRM automation, and converting leads into booked appointments and customers. Responsibilities Manage and optimize Google Ads Manage Facebook & Instagram (Meta) Ads Create, schedule, and manage social media posts Create/edit Reels and short-form videos using job-site footage provided by our team Help grow our Instagram, Facebook, Google Business Profile and other relevant platforms Manage our GoHighLevel CRM Build and improve pipelines, workflows and automations Set up automated SMS and email follow-ups Create lead nurturing and lead reactivation campaigns Manage appointment/consultation booking systems Create and optimize landing pages and lead forms Set up and maintain conversion tracking Track leads from advertising source through to appointment, estimate and closed job Monitor advertising performance and continuously improve campaigns Provide clear weekly/monthly performance reports Required Experience: Strong experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) Google Ads experience Meta/Facebook/Instagram Ads experience Social media management Canva or similar design software Video/Reels editing Landing page creation CRM and marketing automation Lead generation and conversion tracking Strong written English and communication skills Experience marketing renovation, construction, home improvement, roofing, HVAC, plumbing, real estate, mortgage, or other local service businesses is a major advantage. What We're Looking For We want someone proactive who can take ownership of our digital marketing—not someone who needs to be told every day what to post or what campaign to run. You should be comfortable reviewing our marketing performance and making recommendations such as: "This campaign generated 35 leads, 14 appointments, 8 estimates and 3 closed jobs. Here's what we should change next month." Our goal is qualified renovation leads and booked appointments , not simply followers, likes or impressions.
