Here’s the difference you’ll make You will manage shipping and delivery operations with a focus on UPS services and corporate account logistics. You will ensure timely, accurate, and compliant transportation of goods, maintains strong client relationships, prepares incident reports for shipment discrepancies, and drives performance to meet operational KPIs at all times. What You’ll Do Ability to clearly understand and explain the 2GO business cycle/process flows, existing policies and procedures Ability to understand credit and collection 2Ps, including Customer special arrangements and MOP Accepts and releases UPS transactions from/to clients at warehouse Collaborate with internal departments (sales, customer service, warehouse) to align logistics with business goals. "Communicates to unit leader and to concerned personnel cargo discrepancies during arrival and last mile deliveries." Coordinate daily UPS shipments, pickups, and tracking. Encode outgoing UPS shipment in the system Ensure compliance with UPS shipping protocols and documentation. Ensure proper staging of cargoes based on origin and arrival date Ensure that cargo is release to the correct consignee and avoid partial releasing Ensures that freight collect transactions has been paid by client, seek official receipt if not indicated in the airwaybill prior release Evaluate cargo prior acceptance based on standard operating procedure Maintain accurate records of shipments, returns, and delivery confirmations. Measure's cargo accepted from customer by length, weight and height. Monitor service levels and resolve delivery issues with UPS representatives. Secures the cargoes on the pallets against losses, damages, pilferage, wettage, and excessive heat Serve as the primary logistics contact for corporate clients. Track and manage inventory movements across warehouses and distribution centers. All other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time. You’ll thrive in this role if you Educational Background Bachelor's Degree Graduate of any four year course Professional Experience 1 to 2 yrs experience in Cash Handling Functions Competencies, Skills, Knowledge And Abilities Leadership Competencies Communication skills Attention to Details Problem Solving skills / critical thinking Technical Competencies Inventory Management Project Management Excel,PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word Literate Licensure / Certification Required Not required; however, possession of relevant certifications is an advantage and will be considered a plus.
