Schedule: Monday to Friday Shift: Night Shift (11:00 PM – 8:00 AM) Work Setup: On-site only! No work-from-home or remote setup is offered Location: Jayden Center Building, 402 M.C. Briones St., Tipolo, Mandaue City, Cebu We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Partner Experience Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our business partners, helping them find the best solutions for their customers across telecom, internet, and cloud services. You will work closely with our internal sales team and external partners through email and phone, providing exceptional support, preparing proposals, and ensuring a smooth experience from inquiry to after-sales. What You’ll Do Monitor and respond to partner emails and inquiries within a 4-hour service level agreement (SLA), ensuring clear, professional, and timely communication. Support regional Sales Leaders and Channel Managers in delivering outstanding partner experiences. Prepare product and pricing proposals by comparing multiple service options based on each partner’s unique needs. Assist partners with contract preparation, order submission, installation coordination, and post-sales support. Attend product training sessions and webinars to stay current on service offerings. Participate actively in weekly team meetings, contribute agenda items, and take clear meeting notes. Maintain organized and up-to-date records of quotes, proposals, and correspondence in designated systems. Manage opportunity tracking and follow-ups to ensure nothing falls through the cracks. Answer inbound calls professionally during business hours to support partner and customer inquiries. What We’re Looking For Communication \& Interpersonal Skills (Priority) Excellent written and spoken English — professional, clear, and grammatically accurate Strong email writing skills with minimal to zero errors in grammar and spelling Confident and courteous phone communication with partners and customers Active listener who can quickly understand client needs and respond appropriately Able to explain technical or complex information in a simple, easy-to-understand manner Soft Skills \& Work Style Detail-oriented with a strong ability to follow processes and instructions Excellent time management — punctual, organized, and able to prioritize tasks effectively Ability to handle multiple tasks and requests simultaneously without losing quality Calm under pressure — able to manage escalations professionally and with composure Positive, team-player attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving Resourceful and creative in finding solutions for partners and customers Strong sense of accountability and ownership over assigned tasks and timelines Technical Skills Comfortable working on a computer for extended hours in a remote work setup Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and general internet tools Able to learn and use online quoting tools and CRM/portal systems (training provided) Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred (any field; background in Communications, Business, IT, or related fields is an advantage) 1–2 years of professional experience in customer service, sales support, operations, or a similar role Experience in a BPO or remote work environment is a strong advantage Background or basic knowledge in internet, telecom, or cloud services is desirable but not required — training will be provided Any IT or technical certifications (e.g., Cisco, CompTIA A\+, Microsoft) are a bonus Send your resume to talent@upliftglobalbpo.com and tell us why you’re the perfect fit for this exciting role!
