Job Title: Freight AR/AP & Billing Support Specialist (U.S. Shift) Key Responsibilities Invoicing & Billing: Generate accurate customer invoices; track and collect critical shipping documents including Proof of Delivery (POD) and Bills of Lading (BOL). Accounts Receivable: Perform daily follow-ups on past-due customer accounts via phone and email to accelerate cash flow and reduce DSO. Accounts Payable: Assist with carrier payment processing, audit carrier invoices against rate confirmations, and resolve billing discrepancies. Carrier Compliance & Follow-Up: Make outbound calls to carriers to retrieve missing paperwork, operational receipts, and load status updates. Data Management: Maintain up-to-date account logs within our TMS and accounting software with high accuracy. Qualifications 1+ years of experience in U.S. freight brokerage or logistics operations strongly preferred. Proven track record in AR/AP, billing, or collections roles. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (comfortable handling cold and warm outbound calls). Proficient with QuickBooks and industry-standard TMS platforms (e.g., McLeod, Rose Rocket, or similar).
