We are partnering with a leading Australian air conditioning service provider based in the Northern Rivers area of NSW, looking to significantly boost their business efficiency. This is a crucial part-time role where your expertise will directly impact workflow, customer satisfaction, and overall operational excellence. Key Responsibilities \ Design and Implement GHL Automations: Develop, test, and deploy advanced automation workflows within GoHighLevel to optimize lead nurturing, customer communication, and internal processes. \ System Integrations: Integrate GHL with other critical business software, with a strong focus on connecting and optimizing workflows with Simpro. \ AI Tool Implementation: Explore and integrate suitable AI tools to enhance existing processes, improve data analysis, and support decision-making. \ Workflow Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in current operational workflows and propose automation-driven solutions. \ Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Monitor automation performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing maintenance to ensure seamless operation. \ Documentation: Create clear and comprehensive documentation for all automations, integrations, and processes developed. Required Skills & Qualifications: \ Proven Expertise in GoHighLevel (GHL): Extensive hands-on experience in building and managing complex automations, campaigns, and pipelines within GHL. \ Critical Simpro Experience/Exposure: Demonstrated experience or strong familiarity with Simpro software, understanding its functionalities and potential for integration. \ Automation & Integration Specialist: Solid understanding of API integrations and experience connecting various software platforms. \ AI Familiarity: Awareness and practical application of AI tools to enhance business operations. \ Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills to identify issues and develop effective solutions. \ Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly. \ Independent Worker: Ability to work autonomously, manage time effectively, and deliver results in a remote environment.
